Those pictures are quality, Rocky looks like Robert Due Niro.

    Good stuff.

Marciano was smaller than his opponents, but still prevailed.

Those are really great! I swear, you can have all the video in the world but there is something very special about a still pic catching a moment of frenzied action.

The colour picture of Rocky makes it real as if he was fighting today. Magic.

yes you guys-- you all really got the same sensation I got from seeing these. It's like we are LIVE right back there watching the fights live, happening freshly b4 our eyes. It really brings the reality of it home. We think this was so long ago, but the clarity of those black & whites are stunning, you can see the design of the boxing gloves, the beads of sweat and drops of blood on their noses and eyes and lips, it's so fucking clear it is amazing. Those cameras back then were fucking 1st class STELLAR. I bet theyre better than the shit we have now, who knows.

Seeing the muscles on Marciano, how compact he was, like a little brick wall, goddam, he may not have been able to stand up to the Klitschkos, I'll concede that given the massive, massive, massive size difference, but it would take a lot, lot, lot of punishment to stop that fucking Monster. It just doesnt look like he is ever going anywhere, his legs are so massive it is unreal, that's where he got that sick power from. Also when you see Ezzard and Archie and the others, look how gritty and determined and HARD they look.

Now picture the modern heavyweights, how easy they give up and how flabby they come into the ring. Remember how Golota quit against Tyson, think of how many fighters just half-ass their efforts these days. God Almighty when I think of the extreme, ungodly punishment that Ezzard Charles absorbed and still stood tall like a gutsy hero, and I compare it to the 2 shots that Brewster landed on Wlad and how Wlad just FOLDED or how Bruce Seldon for example just sissied-out and countless others over the past 15 or 20 years in similar fashion, it's clear that boxers' characters, PEOPLE'S characters in general over the past50 or 60 years, HAVE REALLY FUCKING DECAYED AND BECOME WUSSIFIED. Back then they didnt fucking whine, they didnt bitch, they sucked it up and fought their hearts out. It meant something, it was HONOR.
