I think it depends on your body shape but lean athletes generally have good stamina and endurance and are lean like cyclists and the meaty guys are all power so lift weights predominately.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

from personal experience, the ideal formula for this case is 145 lbs of pure sex, 10 lbs of balls, 5 lbs of fists, and 5 lbs of brain.

Are you talking about your male partner ?

I think a toned, cut body like a welterweight Boxer or Bruce Lee/pacquiao looks the best and ive been working out like a madman to look like that..

Ive always trained in boxing and did workouts related to boxing but I never really trained with weights at the gym.. Im going to leave boxing alone for awhile and work on body sculpting..

Any gym rats here?? What workouts can I do to look like Bruce Lee or Bradd Pitt from Troy..

    I'm 6"1 and 165lbs currently
Orlando Cruz has a decent physique on him dont you think?
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
