Arum apparently spoke about the possibility of Garcia moving up to 140lbs in a couple of years and when he does Arum would match him with Pacquiao.

Anyone else think he will fast track this as he is running out of viable Pacquiao opponents and he will have


to come up with something to make Pacquiao re sign with Top Rank.

It would be poetic justice to have Pac come down to 135 like he asked De la Hoya in 3 years. Then the PAC huggers can see how the ODLH fight was just business and no true / special accomplishment.
