It should be pretty clear that Floyd is staying at 147 with or without a trinket for the time being. I'm glad Khan is ahead. Regardless of how good Maidana looked and how bad Broner did, I have no desire or interest in seeing Floyd fight another plodder.

No way does Showtime even consider bankrolling Lara/Floyd unless they want to become a competitor for Nytol. Did anyone like the Lara/Trout fight? It may have went the distance but that was no boxing match. It was a pose off. I'm glad that Locche and Pep fought in two different eras and weight classes and never met in the ring.

I dont think Floyd will venture to 160 until after he retires and will probably set up a 160 fight for his return much the same way that Leonard did for Hagler at his exit party. 160 presently has enough unfinished business. All of these "world" champions need to fight the rest of the world.

    Khan edges bumdana again..

Well ya know how floyd is.. lara and quillin are too big and dangerous for him.. hed never fight them..
Lara is a tough outing but I see Quillin as an easy fight for Floyd it also gets him a belt at 160 and could set up a fight with the winner of Martinez-Cotto
Quillin is an easy fight?! Bruh, I dont know what kind of strong shit you are smoking but pass it over here lol..

Imo, I think it should be the other way around.. if floyd wanna chase the MW division, he should face the winner of Martinez-Cotto first.... then the big guns like quillin should come later after he fills out at the weight..

Guys like martinez and cotto are undersized, shopworn, and floyd could beat these guys.. but Quillin and ggg are legitimate MW and they are on a different level...
You mean Quillin who struggled with Rosado
Everybody has bad nights bruh u know that and rosado was a young hungry opponent.

What about ggg who badly struggled against a shot to pieces Ouma. What happened there?
Why you bringing in Triple G if you wany Fliyd to face Golovkin in May then say it no one wants Khan or Maidana a legitamte test would be Quillin for Mayweathers first fight at 160

Floyd is a slippery funker. Read this about the vote

Before a voter submits a pick on Mayweather’s website they must sign into their Facebook or Twitter account and authorize Lockerdome.com to update their personal profile, post tweets, and see who they follow and who follows them. Mayweather and Lockerdome.com will have access to every users' likes and dislikes. Facebook does the same thing. When you “Like” something on Facebook they know to target you. If you are a football fan and have liked your favorite team's fan page don’t be surprised to see ads that target your interests.

This is the future of marketing. By doing this future opponent poll, Floyd is building a database of super fans. Now he can create content and merchandising for engaged followers because he knows their interests and curiosities. It’s genius. It’s smart business.

Slippery or a very clever business brain?

I really hope this is a one off and we dont see any other fighters doing this in the future.

Do you seriously think Floyd will base who he fights on a tiny poll? He can easily make whoever he wants to win in five minutes.

The cunt knows who he's fighting. The one that earns him the most dough.

Which is why boxing sucks at times when the best fighters in the same weight divisions do not fight because of promoters and their personal vendettas.

It's a shame these are the only two options.

Maidana has the momentum, but he doesn't have an interesting style to make the fight compelling because we've seen Floyd trump this style many times.

Khan is the exact opposite, he has an interesting style but he doesn't have the momentum.
