If Groves catches him early with that right hand early - mid round the bell wont save Froch this time round

So many ways this could turn out so im sitting firmly on the fence , its a pick em for me.

I want Groves to win as he's from down the road to where I grew up.

I do think Froch will need to start way faster so this has got tear up from the off written all over it.

    Gonna be a belter this

i think this could work just the same the other way

i think groves was far too excited and over eager in the first fight, if hed have taken his time more you never know

i think he should be more relaxed this time

I agree that the big attraction of this fight is that there are so many ways it could turn out, and none would be a surprise. However, nature tells me that at their respective ages , Groves will improve while Froch can only deteriorate. I don't want to beat up on Froch, but I have said in the past that the next guy Froch fights , he loses . He can't continue to disregard defence and take the punches he does and expect to keep coming out on top. So I'm sticking my neck and saying Groves by late stoppage , about round 10 or 11 after Froch has taken a lot of punishment.
I genuinely hope that Froch doesn't take too much punishment and can enjoy the rest of his days.

I am pleased that we get to see a rematch, but I fear it will be a stinker.

Both know they can be hurt by their opponent, so I expect a lot more cautious fight this time. This should suit Froch, who I take win a fairly comfortable decision in a fight with few highlights.

But I am shocking at predictions, so it will probable rival Hagler/Hearns now I have wrote my call. And I will gladly eat every scrap of humble pie if that is the case!

Froch has said today he's going looking for the KO finish and will have to if he wants closure on the whole thing and to shut up a lot of people.

Groves knows he can knock him down and hurt him bad.

No way this is a stinker.

This'll be over quick (gg ko) or late (Froch ko)

After what happened last time I hope we get a strong ref of the Micky Van school of thinking who will let one man beat the other senseless then put him down with no disputes or bullshit stoppages.

I think this one will be more exciting/brutal than the first

This fights going to be a cracker, froch has been getting a lot of stick lately and will be wanting to ko groves in spectacular fashion. If groves gets under frochs skin in the build up again, I see groves stopping froch this time. Groves is very cleaver fighter and knows exactly how to get under your skin.

Groves says he will KO him inside 3 rounds, other stadiums in the mix are Old Trafford and Cardiff with an announcement due next week.

Ringside on sky sports should be good tonight!

Not sure groves will land that same punch again because it was down to froch charging forward recklessly and getting caught flush square on. Plus he was probably caught cold. The shock factor has gone now so George won't be springing any surprises like that anymore as Carl knows not to make the same mistake. George just has to use superior speed and put rounds in the bank and not worry about trying to hurt and physically dominate froch

I'm surprised at the results of the poll. Groves by ko leading so far. I'll be interested to see how the bookies have this

Props to Carl. I think we see the cobra strike this time. He needs to keep his emotions in check. Don't get goated in. Let the kid beak off in the build up and just stay focused.

I think Froch still has enough in the tank to survive the first few rounds and come on stronger as the fight goes on. He'll probably get a late stoppage or a points win. You can't imagine how much I'm wrong and I get to see the big nosed cunt lose again.

    Groves by KO.

Here's the full transcript from this lunchtimes "chat" on sky sports.

Groves cracks me up when he mentions Frochs diary hahaha

If Groves wasn't that hurt, as he says he wasn't , and Froch has zero defence as usual , then it isn't beyond belief that Groves could end this inside 4 rounds , im not sure Carl starts fast enough to stop him early.
If Groves come out blasting , with sharp attacks , in and out raids, he can win no doubt , lets see if Froch can up his starting pace and end it early , bombs away , I cant wait for this one.
Fair play to Carl he chose the best option , win or lose I respect him for making the right choice - the rematch we all want.
The Groves tactic , like Tommy Hearns v Duran , powerful jab , in - maximum damage , then out - on his toes , he can win this way.
Froch for me is now so slow he looks like he is punching underwater.

If it goes past 8, froch wins the rematch.

Groves needs to get him out of there early.

Here's the video of the official signing of the fight contract and some verbals between both fighters from Sky Sports for those that haven't seen it
