    Oh dear...

Looks like some people got there hopes up that Fury might look shit.

It was a warm up fight. He was out of shape. It was designed to get him back in to the swing of things. Everyone knew this?

He out shone Pulev aganst a fitter version of Abell... Boo hoo!

He didn't outshine the elephant seal though.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

Abell is a jounrneyman , he isn't world class so you cant read to much into it.
A win is a win , however Fury gets rocked in every fight , which must be a concern for his fans.

I didn't even see him get rocked though?

If he did surely a man with Abells power and size would have finished the overweight Fury? That he couldn't should be a concern for everyone else

Fury was as fat as fuck last night and looked mobile and quick. He did take a punch but taking a punch and getting hurt are two different things. Like he said, you cant go out in the rain and not get wet. When he did get caught, he turned it up and down went Abell like what? 7 times? this is a man who when in worse shape, with less notice, that took rounds of Pulev and dropped him. If it hadn't have been used as a warm up fight for Fury, Abell wouldn't have got out of the first round. This fight was always about shaking off rust and he did it well. So much so, one of his biggest detractors in here made a positive thread about it

Pulev isn't any kind of puncher , Arreola is fat as fuck and did Abell in one round.
Its a win but all it shows is fury is wide open and crude.
Im sorry I just don't see a future HW champion here.
Fury came in fat by choice one would presume ?

Fury was in a word terrible, yes a World class eater a future HW Champ in a pigs eyes,
he talks rubbish he was in no shape what so ever.
Why I bother watching Fury , is a mystery I NO he's crap but I give people a chance
to entertain, on that performance he is more suited in a pantomime than a boxing ring.

On the contrary, I've said several times that I want him to fight a luve body with the reach to make him have to actually box.

Why would I be hopeful about him looking bad fighting a journeyman with T-Rex arms?

So no, I wasn't hoping he would look bad... Completely off the mark (as usual).

'Fury was out of shape, Pulev did this and that, he had ring rust, it was only a warm up' bla bla bla...
So easily pleased... If you have to come up with such a convoluted list to convince people that this showed anything meaningful, then it clearly didn't.

Fury will win more posters on here when he gets in real shape and after he takes care of Chisora.

    I lost my bets

I had a few quid on Fury getting banged out in 1,2 and 3 .

Fat Cunt does make me laugh though.

I actually thought he did very well considering but im still not sold because he's so easy to hit.

Piss Poor card from Warren on the whole and the Copper Box was nearly empty for the Chisora fight!!

You lot make me laugh. Hes proving everytime hes better than you want to admit. You wanted him to face a puncher, he faced a puncher, took his shots and battered him without going down like Pulev did.

Get over yourselves. Even ther admitted Firy detractors have said now they are starting to actually enjoy watching him because he is entertaining. Even im not saying hes the best. Im saying hes going to be hard to beat and fun and should be appreciated.

Without Fury, what is there in the heavyweight division? What exciting fights could be made?

Without Fury the division doesn't change. But you wait and see Wlad is pretty good at shutting up mouthy Brits who overestimate their class

We ment a world class puncher not a guy of that class.
As I said a win is a win move on. But he looked awful last night and was in horrible shape.
