He allowed loma to clinch like a chick so I would say he was fair.. I mean cmon dude, cole just allowed the fighters to fight which is what refs should do. Just let the fight unfold...

By your analogy, I guess the refs should deduct points from hopkins in all his fights since he clinches excessively.. but do they?

Borderline low blows, clinches, and roughhousing is a part of boxing..
