Firstly, Khan never ever fights in September because of Ramadan and he would have been fasting and spending time with his family. Mayweather is know to fight in September so this counts Khan out of fighting him then.
Secondly, they want Khan to fight Broner and that's not going to happen because Broner is going to 140 and khan is going to 147.
So who's floyd going to fight in September?

Of course. When Floyd's ready, that is when the fight will happen. Arum or no Arum.

Arum has very little to do with it. Its 95 % Floyd 5 % everyone else.

Actually ramadan doesn't have a set date and probably been a couple years since it last was in september, this year its in july.
