I am somewhat mute due to self ban issues, but wanted to post a quick something as I saw a couple of messages on my profile. I tried logging in a few times, but I am quite definitely banned. I hope everyone is doing okay and I hope everyone is being nice to each other. All is fine with me too and I have been keeping myself busy with various things. I needed to withdraw from an active posting life as I was annoying too many people and in the process was annoying myself too. My posting simply wasn't up to par and I wasn't getting enough done. Now is a period of detox, refocus, and renewal. I will likely return in the future, but for the time being want to stay committed to a few pet projects and continued self development.

I shall always be around in one form or another, but there needs to be periodic clean off period so that everyone can stop being so angry with each other. Myself very much included. Actually, I am overwhelmed with the love and support that I have received in this forlorn guise of Gandmiles. When I come back properly I want people to notice a few changes. One of the reasons I refuse to come back now, is because I am trying to put together an album in demo form and at the same time get my language skills up to a level 3. I have put together several songs, but it is just with the basics and me on vocals and acoustic guitar. Ideally I would like Bernard Butler to sweep me along, but I am trying my best. I realised I was getting older and the book wouldn't get written and the album wouldn't get made. So basically, I am putting it all into the album now. Some of the songs are fairly solid, one that I thought was solid really wasn't today, and so another day to go over that one. My newest one is: 'From Benn to Blair' which is a document of how party politics lost any sense of principle and the fact that Blair knew about torture has to be in it too. It's practically impossible to focus lyrics on such a topic and perhaps one reason why it has been left alone. I shall try. I love the concept and have a musical form for it, but lyrically so difficult. Maybe it will have to be skipped, but I will try.
