Was the throat on the first topic then? because that would be definetly the worst. A straight right to your adams apple, i couldnt imagine anything more painfull.

I always thought throat shots were illegal...

the referee.. because ive had fights when they dont fall early.. and they keep clinching me.. and the ref gets real pissed off.. and they lose points

throat shots are a difficult subject to classify.
you should first note its not a scoring point.

its likely nobody will even see it happen, especially in close. byt the first time or so the ref wont say anything. persistant use of a throat shot could lead to a point loss, or even DQ

Could be a Ko shot if you accidently on purpose miss their head and catch the side of the neck with your forearm at a 45% angle.
Cross stance outside edge of your wrist bone to the outside of the neck area, possible in some curcumtances.

Confuses the aorta flow with the vena cava flow and the blood to and from the brain gets disrupted.

Much easier without gloves as you use their arm as a runway as you slip their arm and plow in your finger knuckles or extended fingers up and over the runway up the inside of their arm as you head for outside of it.

Hey there, I didn't see throat on the list so I picked kidneys... I think if I got punched in the Adams Apple I wouldn't recover...maybe even die if it got crushed(depends on power of punch I guess), I'm a chubby boxer and guys target my belly because its soft(trying to get 6 pack, need advice) and one day in hard sparring I couldn't take a body shot so I twisted my torso and got nailed in the lower kidney area...it was really painful. You have more than likely got a six pac already its just hiding behind a layer.

I've been fighting bums for the past five years. None of them have been good enough to dig to the body at the liver or kidneys. It sounds like it's terrible, though. That's for sure.


From the shots I have taken, solar plexus has been the worst. Takes the lungs away from you. A concussion feels better, and to me it's easier to survive through. Nose shots are annoying. They hurt bad, but it's not debilitating like a plexus shot can be.

Also, I'm a heavier guy, too. I've got abs underneath the fat, and it protects well.
