Bilbo was a sick poster. I mean that is a non-cool way.

Bilbo was great, never agreed with a damn word, but I liked him.

I was actually thinking of Bilbo when I decided to come back here. I am proud to be a member of the Baggins clan as Sam Wise.
Bilbo might be dead already as he was suffering from some illness before I had my vacation. I hope he is still alive.
Anyway, for those who heard or watched how the Super Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines, I am truly thankful to God for allowing me to survive the strongest typhoon in recorded history. I had to leave our place for two months after the typhoon because of the devastation and had to live as an evacuee with my relatives.
Pacquaio has been converted already and he is now my brother in the Lord. All the more that I will root for him these days. He plans to retire by 2016 so I might as well enjoy his remaining fights and banter with you guys.
I have just graduated from the college of law and plans to take the bar examination next year so I will use this site as my way of releasing all my stress. Be warned.I might be grumpier this time.
I'm truly happy to be back again.
All you pactards, UNITE!!!
Edit: To all my brothers here
I was in the middle of the supertyphoon when it landed in the Philippines. I thought that would be my end. Houses were falling down and the water ( storm surge) killed more than 10,000 people in my area. Some of my friends died and were not found. The response made by our National Government was very slow so the people turned to looting and robbery. It was extremely chaotic and we were so afraid for our lives. It was apocalyptic. Money became useless. There was no rich or poor as everyone was scrambling for food and fuel. The storm surge took all my properties and we had to evacuate in Eastern Samar, Philippines.
I am truly grateful to all the countries ( UK, US, and Japan to name a few) who responded and came to our aid after the typhoon. My place is slowly recovering now.

Damn, didn't even know you were there. I'm glad you and your fam are safe. I seen a very sad story from MMK (i secretly love that filipino show). It was about a survivor of the typhoon.
He was from the slums and had a big family that mostly all died in the typhoon. The guy was in prison at the time and was able to leave to survive the storm. Afterwards he walked like 8 miles only to find his mother and two younger siblings dead. He then had to collect their bodies on a wooden board he found and dragged them til he ran into his father. He's dad was with his other two younger sibling and didn't know the rest had died til he told them how he dragged them there.
Can't help but remember that man and think what I was doing while that man endured that nightmare. I was likely enjoying my spoiled American life. This is why I can't stand whiny Americans.
@brucelee glad you made it out ok mate.
Bilbo is alive and well some here talk to him via facebook still'.
He'd made some silly thing up in his mind about where his attention should be concentrated and that until he got with this chick he had the hots for, he wouldnt post here again.
Bit like Golumn chasing someone elses ring and never returning to Mordor or whatever![]()
Bilbo is trying to get into a ring?

So you understand my language? You said you are fond of watching MMK ( Maalaala Mo Kaya).Hehe. I decided not to watch that episode regarding Typhoon Haiyan. I wanted to forget everything regarding that Typhoon. I wanted to forget the picture of all those dead and bloated bodies and the foul smell of rotting bodies. Yes, we had to walk for miles to go to my sister's house where we took refuge as our house was flooded and we have no water or food to last for a day. I had to carry my 5-year old son through rubbles and fallen electric posts ( with all the wires in them). It was surreal and the place after the typhoon was like Gotham city when Joker gained control of it. People were looting all the malls and warehouses. There were reports of women being raped. One of my friends even told me that he had to kill somebody who was trying to enter their house carrying a long knife/blade ( we call it "bolo").
I meet an American who shared to me his frightening experience and he began to cry. WE had a nice conversation after that. I believe he was looking for someone to share his traumatic experience because he could not share it to his Filipino wife. Another American also came to my place asking if I could give him a little fuel so could he leave the place. I told him to go to the gasoline station first and if he could not buy gasoline, I would give him a liter of my remaining gasoline. He did not return so I guess he was able to buy some gasoline. The cost of gasoline at that time was around $40 per liter. I had to wisely use my gasoline because I was using a big bike to go to my friends' houses to ask for food.
Btw, the Typhoon was a category 5 and it hit us like a tornado with a diameter of more than 100 kilometers. You would not wish any one to undergo what we have undergone no matter how you hate that person. hehe.
Regarding Bilbo, I am happy to know that he is still alive. I miss the man and all his oddities. hehe.

Yea and I speak Tagalog. MMK is the ONLY quality show in the Philippines lol. They don't even make action movies anymore. I grew up watching Tagalog movies. My dad knew a lot of the true story action movie guys. He grew up in those times in the Philippines. I even love the old comedy movies and will never forget Babalu and Rene lol. I love those guys. Too bad now a days it just fantasy love tales. Turning the country gay and soft. I'm glad I grew up in the 90's, I feel bad for the boys now they have no stories to inspire to but some love stories that are far from reality.
Damn, sad to hear you went through something so similar. That storm is the worst of all time. I'm glad all of my family from the Philippines are around Manila and were not hit too hard. I hope you and your family and friends will all recover and live normal lives again. I got in a car wreck and am worried for my daughters getting traumatize from it til now. I can't imagine the kids who went through that nightmare from that storm. I pray for you all.
My 5-year old son got traumatized and he is still afraid of the rain especially when the wind gets strong. I have developed a phobia with typhoons and we had to evacuate every time there is a typhoon in my area for fear of the storm surges. The typhoon last December 7, 2014 made awake for one whole night for fear that there might be storm surges again. I am contemplating of going to Manila and relocate my family there.
