I do karate exercises, shadow boxing, and recently added some yoga exercises that I used to do when I was young in my routine. At night I practice meditation. All these I've been doing pretty religiously for years, hardly skipping a day except when I'm pretty sick.

I'm also an expert in playing classical guitar, something I've been doing since I was 10 years old, and believe me that was a very, very long time ago...

I produce a range of smoked goods , such as fish , cured meats , cheeses etc. I built my own smoker.
I usually give the produce away to friends , family , local restaurants or eat it myself.
