I thought Mancini got robbed in Camacho "fight". Hector did his best impersonation of a pacifist ballerina. Mancini's comeback v Haugen was a sad affair. All I remember is him constantly wiping his hair away as he was being busted up by the Mutt.

He took a brutal beating. All the Italian greats end up taking a brutal beating, usually at the hands of a black guy.

There's still plenty of fights like that nowadays it's just that you down see those type of fights usually when it comes to world class level. Skills pay the bills and idiots get beat the shit out of.
Fighters still fight have seen some of the brutal knock out we have had over the past years. Just because some one does not run his face into a punch does not mean we do not have a fight on our hands. The old days were great but the game has evolved since the 70's come join us here.
Yep the game has evolved some Jack Ass, fighter being a so called great and defending there title
one in a blue moon, and the fan's pay through the nose for the privilege to see him.!
Boxing in general is controlled by PPV and TV networks today, they seem to call the shots and us
fans just have to go along with.!![]()
yeah a lot of cherry picking today caused a lot of fights to fall through. Cherry picking has always existed, just not as frequent, so we miss potential great fights.
All's lost! Everything's going to shit!
One of the best one-punch KO's ever... by the Paz man!
