Let's not forget that Price was still very Fragile and was basically on the comeback trail after his 2 KO's.
Since the Thompson fights, he hadn't fought anyone and was offered the European title shot against An opponent in Teper who was undefeated and on the rise and very Dangerous (although we didn't know he was on PED's)
I would venture to say, that at that particular time, Teper was quite a strong favourite. Maybe not with the British Bookies, but hey.
