Ricky Hatton, that fought Kostya at the light welterweight, Manchester crowd, Paris as ref allowing the low blows, would batter Floyd and win.

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Its a part of game so what
??
Hatton wasn't worthy a fuck at 147. I would have loved to have seen that at 140 - I think it would have been a different outcome!
Hatton is underrated!
Floyd cherry picked his opponents to be honest he is pretty clever maximum payday, for little effort or danger.
Oh certainly....there's little doubt that if boxing had the same system that UFC has and the best fights of the best were made I highly doubt Floyd would still have 0's in the loss and draw columns of his record, but I think he'd still be a great fighter but to me he's never "the GOAT"....The Greatest, the Best of the Best, the Cream of the Crop don't cherry pick their fights.
I find it pretty strange that Somebody who clearly isn't rated by many people , cherry picks opponents, and whose opponents age when Floyd actually doesn't (do people realize Floyd is 2 years OLDER than Pac when they say "Prime Pac"?), can earn over $100 million for a fight .
I mean if he's "not that good" , how does he earn that much ? Is he a Charity? or is the World full of absolute Mugs!
and the funny thing is , that one way or another, just about every person that slags him off has probably contributed to his bank balance and are indirectly turning him into legend status by continuing to constantly talk about him over a year after he has actually retired. Because we only do that with average fighters , don't we?
fair play, some people talk Shite!![]()
Trinidad would not have got near Mayweather - easy UD for Floyd - and I hate the guy
Ray Robinson never fought below welter I don't think, and he was a big guy for that weight. Aaron Pryor spent his whole career at 140 and literally fought nobody outside of two old blown up featherweights.
You can take almost anyone's record and say they cherry picked, fact is Floyd beat a lot of great fighters who went on to have a lot of big wins after the fact. You can only say the same for roughly half of the guys listed on this thread, and they are all great.
