You'll still be burning calories, I'd worry if I wasn't - sweating not working hard enough/dehydrated/coming down with a virus/to cold (thats how you'll catch a cold)/ some things wrong with my sweat glands... etc :P
Like I said earlier though, the fitter you are the better you sweat.
u serious...i would of thought the obese people would sweat the most because the fat would be slidding off themOriginally Posted by AdamGB

Doesn't quiet work like that...Muscle contraction generates heat, sweat cools it. Sweats not fat... its basicly just plasma from your blood.

Yeah Thats true , but "sweating" does not mean you are burning fat.Originally Posted by AdamGB
Eat a good meal 2 hours before you run or box , whatever and you will sweat, but it will probably not be burning fat.
I was sweating yesterday in the sun I was definately not burning fat.
.
Aren't you burning fat whenever your blood glucose goes below normal levels, your liver detects it and releases glucagon which is recognised and begins catalysing your other available energy stores?
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!
I know, I never said sweat was a fat burner, just what the basic idea of fat burning is...Originally Posted by Poom2
