The amount of flush shots that Castillo landed on Floyd are more plentiful than any other fighter...but he by no means beat Mayweather. He has a few good rallies...but nothing that I have every thought equated to domination.

Castillo always looks sensational when he misses because he's got a bigger follow through than Tiger Woods.

Floyd's movement was a problem for Castillo as much as Castillo's come forward pressuring strategy was for Floyd.

I still say Floyd won...even after all these countless viewings & discussions & controversy.

    to you The_One77
The thing is most of Castillo shots weren't flush, and he did alot of punching that wasn't real punches.. Look how crisp and flush Floyd's punches are compared to Castillo's... who is one of the best offensive fighters I've seen.

Whether or not you think Castillo won, and I scored it a draw, you have to give him credit for making a guy that most people think is almost unbeatable and super human look pretty human. Even in the second fight, you could see the respect that PBF had for him, he fought a completely defensive fight, the most defensive fight I've ever seen him fight, not the flashy offensive work you've seen out of him in most of his fights since then.

Most defensive fight is the Sosa fight in my opinion.

He did fight a kind of strangely defensive fight in that one, but to me he seemed more cautious in the second Castillo fight.

Floyd Mayweather ahd 15 excuses why.

He broke his hand was one

He hurt his rib in training was another

He hurt his shoulder was another

Which one was it! Well he complained of shoulder problems in the Corley fight too, maybe that is what Zab should attack.

He only complained about a shoulder injury... which he did hurt, and impeded his ability to throw his right hand as well as he normally does, and unlike somebody like Roy Jones Jr. he does not have tremendous power so he can make up for it with a left hook.

Castillo landed more shots and was throwing punches and bunches, was using effective aggression and clearly won the first fight, which is why Mayweather started spousing all those excuses,so many different ones, which one was it? Yes he won the second fight but again, had Castillo been more active, he would have made it really close again. The first fight,Lederman,Merchant, all of them for the first time agreed that Floyd lost and you could see from the crowd's reaction! At best it was a draw. Castillo may not have dominated but Floyd sure as hell did not either!
