Great study and trap setting from Valdez in 2nd. Got left hook in when Navarette stepped in and stepped away. But he’s sitting right in the middle for the opportunity. Heating up very nicely !

Navarette surging in 3td. Feels like he’s felt the power and resetting on his own. Caught Valdez a nice left to body also. For as long and awkward as he is Navarette is very fluid in combo.

Not the very elite as Shakur showed, but what an event. The Morales/Barrera build up told us what to expect and they delivered. Not as skilled as Morales/Berrera wars but the complete willingness to go to war was similar. I wonder if Alvarez watched this and understood of which he is robbing the sport.
