I think he'll be a strong welterweight, he had to cut weight to make 140 and he was a big strong jr. welter so I think he'd be a pretty strong welter, maybe not as strong as Margarito but strong enough. I think Cotto would be a fairly strong welter too, both guys are big, strong jr welter's that have to cut weight to make 140, I think they could both make the transition fine, but we'll see.

That's all but impossible for Winky. 154 was hard for him to make weight, forget 147. As of right now I would say Margarito but I would still have my money on PBF. It would be a war though. Overall I think Hatton but I have to see him at 147 first.

Thats just what I'm saying, we haven't seen Hatton @ 147 so we really can't say how the 7 lbs. will carry on him.....Margarito is naturally there and hes shown he belongs.

    I voted Hatton.

I've been saying since Hatton-Tszyu that I can see him troubling Floyd with pressure and bodypunching much like Castillo did.

I don't think the extra weight would really change Hatton much.
I've seen him between fights looking d@mn huge.

Agreed...on all aspects...but Cotto's got to get his head straight before he competes with any of the names in the post above.

I have two thoughts on this...
First, I think Magarito could do it, if he used his height advantage in conjunction with a busy pressure lots of punches attack. You have to cut the ring and corner pbf and make him fight, not follow him around and eat his counters.
Second, a guy who will box him. I'dlike to see pbf have to carry the fight.

if Winky made it down to 147(without weakening himsel) He's the bigger stronger man against Mayweather.

I don't think any of them have a chance ODLH because FLoyd would have to move up to 154.

I voted Hatton, I think he is the only one with the stamina needed to go 12 high paced rounds with Floyd. Judah won three of the first four rounds by throwing punches, but he started slowing down after that. I think if Hatton can keep the presure on him for 12 rounds he could get the win.

Hatton doesn't have close to Judah's speed and he will countered from the begining which Floyd couldn't do against Judah. Also Judah only won 2 of the first four rounds IMO, and one of them(the first) could have easily gone Floyd's way.

It was the speed that allowed Judah to do some good work early on.
Hatton doesn't have that kind of speed by any means.
I think Floyd would rake him all night long with counters.
Floyd sucks the confidence right out of you.
If Hatton's swinging all night long and getting whacked three times every time he throws, that's gotta be discouraging to Hatton who usually has guys standing right in front of him.

If I HAD to pick someone from the list to beat Floyd, I'd say Oscar.
I think Oscar could take a fairly boring close decision against Floyd.
I hate the idea of Floyd-Oscar.
The risk isn't worth the reward for Floyd.
So what if Floyd beats a twilight Oscar? And help me gawd if he loses...
    Horrible fight choice.

judah won 6 rounds, including the first and the last

i usually dont keep track when i watch a fight live (which i didnt)

ive since watched the fight again, and i felt zab lost after watching w/o scoring because the 6 straight rounds he lost creates the impression he is FAR behind, so i dont blame people who think PBF dominated,

i scored the fight the third tome i watched it and i think the fight was even, score the knockdown, judah wins

I've got to go with Hatton. None on the list can outbox PBF so you need constant pressure or a monster puncher to get lucky, I've never seen margarito fight but from what I hear on this board he may fall into the latter category, especially since he's got a natural size advantage over Floyd. Tzyu would also have a good punchers chance against Floyd, but he's probably done now.

First off everyone seems to think Hatton is another Gatti??

I cant believe that anyone thinks Floyd will box his head off, i hear Hatton has no speed, Floyd is quicker but Hatton was beating KT to the jab everytime whcih was allowing him to get close up, people seem to think that Hatton is going to be taking four or five shots everytime he trys to get close, he wont, he is the stronger man just wait and see, Floyd will not be able to keep him off, do people really think Hatton is going to do a Gatti and just stand there hahahaha, we will see this is a 50/50 fight, Hatton will take a few shots but dont under estimate his speed and especially his jab which i think will enable him to come in and dictate the pace, where will Floyd get the room to be popping his head off as most of you think?? Hatton will only be at long range for short spaces of time.

Please please please people do not think Hatton Mayweather will be anything like Gatti-Mayweather because it wont.
