X I would at a guess bet its all to do with how you wrap your hands. the times Iv;e seen lads putting the same amount off bandage on the plam of the hand as the knuckle, then you can;t make a proper fist. Could this be the problem

Every one had good advice and I think a couple hit it right one the nail. Don't try and knock the bag out when u hittin'. Yea ur hands will toughin' up after a while and they get used to the punishment. It is also like they said too, it is the way u hit,how hard ur hitting, how well your hands are wraped, and how used to the punishment ur hands are. U can also drink loads of milk and shit that has calcium in it to streanthin' the bones.

Simple HH aim for his kneck, in future, harder to slip or block, Usually he;ll loose sight of what coming next. He will either drop his chin more, or step back

It's a possibility, but I don't think it too likely. I used to box amateurs in Detroit and learned to wrap my hands from some pretty respected trainers. I just think I have weak hands.

I have since learned that the best way to not break them, is to not hit someone's hard head with them!!

Jeff Fenech andGenaro Hernandez are two that I've heard of the apparently had hands very prone to breaking, despite surgery and whatever else one can do to protect the hand. Scrap is right on about hangingthe bag higher; it swings that way. I learned that after years of hitting the damn things and only by seeing some clips of Marciano and Mickey Walker training and noticing how high their heavy bags were hung.
