But how i saw until now Wladimir would outbox Valuev easyly but i cant promise for a KO or UD right now . . .

Exactly--that's why i'd like to see this. The unskilled and undeserving Valuev will lose the title he should have never had, and because Vlad (unlike Ruiz) has power, I think chances are we'll get to see all seven feet of the freak go down like a tree--which will be nice and spectacular for television and pretty fun to see.
