People always have a go at him for not unifying divisions but his goal clearly was to make history from the beginning. To become a multi-division champion was his goal and he achieved that. Who is anybody to argue that? If he unified every division from the beginning he'd be a lot older than 30 and he'd most probably have a loss for not being at his peak. Plus Ricky hasn't unified any division that he's been in. It's always Mayweather who gets the S*** from people because his bar is raised so so so much higher than everybody elses. Why? Because he is the best.
He's going to prove that again on December 8th and it will be one of his biggest victories because Ricky Hatton is actually fairly under rated by some people as well. What a match up.
