This is gonna sound daft, but Frank Bruno actually had one of the best stares in heavyweight history in my opinion, he actually made Tyson break a stare a couple of times if memory serves... The problem with Frank was that the stare was the thing he did best.
Hearns had a great look, especially before the Hagler fight. Tyson McNeeley was funny - McNeeley had his eyes shut and was just swaying from side to side, Tyson's mad eyes followed him like he was getting hypnotised by a swinging watch.
I'll never forget Tszyu/Judah - Kostya usually doesn't get into the whole stare, he sort of looks around, smiles politely at the refs instructions then touches them up - that night he never took his eyes off Judah, and had a look of total superiority and confidence bordering on smugness. I remember feeling not very confident in the lead up to that one, but much better when I saw how confident Tszyu looked...
