Cotto has fought alot of top 10 contenders and won, he was rocked by torres but came back to win by ko, how many fighters have been knocked down and hurt, and come back to win in impressive fashion. he has beaten maussa a guy Hatton is praised for beating, Hatton knocked him out Cotto embarrased him. He is only like 25 years old and 26 fights in he is a young champ moving up, how can you say with his amature back round and olympian at that, so early in his carrer that he is garbage. He will be an elite fighter some day.

When he went down against Torres, he was more pushed than going down from the punch. Dont get me wrong the punch staggered him plenty, but it wasnt the punch that put him on the canvas as much as it was the push.

Cotto? I think the jury is still out on him right now. He has been in serious trouble twice in fights and was lucky to escape. I think with a boxer who can capatalize on the situation might go ahead and take him out when hes wobbling. But then again, you cant take away the guys heart and will to survive and win. Out of all the boxer today, any level, I think he has showed more heart and "I wont go down" mentality than any other boxer in recent memory. It takes, skills, heart and a chin to be champ. Cotto has the first 2, but think we need to see him in with a guy like hatton to truly know if he has the chin to be champ. OH, Floyd better be careful, Mosely could be big time trouble for him.
