Well, you obviously see it from another perspective but that's okay, i respect what you say. On the other hand, you will see Mayorga at his best at 154lbs where he belongs. I am picking Mayorga no matter what, I see something in him that I really appreciate. When I see it in other boxers, I always know that is the key element in becoming a champion. As far as boxing skills is concerned, he is very limited but that doesn't matter because he is making millions and there are alot of better fighters out there that aren't even making anything close to that.

Trinidad was just too big for Mayorga, but oh well.. Trinidad should have knocked him out alot earlier, he was already tired at the end of the 2nd round, and it was just obvious that the guy who could brawl 12 rds straight because of his superior conditioning wasn't prepared well enough for trinidad. Mayorga made the jump from 147 to 160lbs basically overnight so he never got himself properly prepared to fight at a higher weightclass.

Don't get me wrong DLH as been a great boxer and has accomplised alot, but this time around he is picking the right fight because Mayorga is going to push him beyond the limit. Not saying that DLH doesn't have a chance, but from watching about 9 or 10 of Mayorga pervious fights, I am certain he will do well.

The one thing I am certain about is that Mayorga will not get Ko'd. Tito is a much harder puncher than Oscar and was raining punches on Mayorga all night. I seriously can't remember anyone recently who took a pounding like that, well maybe Jeff Lacy, but Tito hits harder comparatively than Calzaghe.

If Mayorga is trained and focused this could turn out to be a nightmare for Oscar. Thats why I'm in two minds about the fight. I think if Oscar boxes Mayorga and runs away from him he can box his way to a UD but I'll be pissed if he does.

I want him to go toe to toe with Mayorga. If Oscar fights MAyorga head on I'll be rooting for him, but if he runs then I'll be gunning for Mayorga to bust him up.

Agreed totally man. I gurantee Oscar will do just that once he gets hurt or dropped. HE'll start runnin and holding, they always do, look at Forrest the second time and recently Picarillo, once they taste the power, and realize they cannot hurt Mayorga, they start runnin and hopin to tire his crazy ass out. Mayorga is gonna do it folks, have faith in him. Oscar picked the wrong SOB...

I really want Mayorga to win but I feel Oscar will have enough left in the tank to win,but if Mayorga can work on his stamina and keep that relentlessness going for more than 3-4 rounds,hen I think he has a better chance of winning. I just hope he does not come out swinging for the first 3 and then loses the rest!

Why is everything about being Macho to you Hulk.. You like big strong macho guys huh to bad this is boxing and that's how Oscar is going to win this one... It doesn't matter who is a tougher guy, it might on the street.. Im sure Mayorga would kill Oscar in a barfight.. but he will lose on may 6. And who cares how DLH fought Hopkins... How would Mayorga do against B hop? Stick his chin out and become a punching bag before the ref mercifully stops the fight by round 4... Oscar did what he could against Bhop he was just too small, .... Kind of like Mayorga did what he could against Tito he just isn't in the same league, except at least the way Oscar fought Hopkins he gave himself a chance to win rounds, a concept apparently lost to Mayorga aginst trinidad, I mean what the hell was that fool doing. He doesn't even know what to do against a great fighter, you'll see.
