Antonio Tarver accidently knocked out Stallone on the day on the set when they were filming and Stallone told Tarver that he really wanted to get hit. So Tarver did and knocked Stallone out and sent him to the hospital There's the answer

In the rocky films it shows sylvester stallone practising some fine boxing moves, but does anyone know of him actaully being a amtuer or training??

If you are gonna ask about Stallone out of assumption of how he looked in the movie its only fair to wonder about Apollo(Carl Weathers) he looked far more superior Boxing wise than Stallone and at least Weathers Played College and Pro Football
