I assume your estiamtes of how much we would win is minus the stake, otherwise i am losingmoney on some of them whether i get it right or not!!

If you lose you subtract your bet from your total, if you win you add what is in the parenthesis to the total,
you are correct in assuming that your stake is not counted in a winning bet.

example Player X has $1000 and bids $100 on a 1/2 = -200 = 0.50 factor

if he wins he walks away with $1050 (initial $1000 plus the $50 he won on the bet)

if he loses he walks away with $900 (initial $1000 minus the $100 wager he bet)

Sure thing!!
Over/Under is how long the fight will last in rounds
for example if you bet under and the under is 9.5
you are betting that the fight will last less than 9 and a half rounds regardless of who wins.
let me know if that makes sense.
