Where there is a will there is a way....

As for the Toney fight, he fucked that up himself....1- he went into the ring looking like one huge fat fuckin blob, 2- he left the fight to the hands of the judges, 3- I had it close with Peter winning by split decision.....

So it wasnt robbery, it was Toney's usual stupidity from being hit in the head to much...

    Good Luck,

    Coach

Brock whipping Wlad will happen just as soon as Mayorga whips De la Hoya and Trinidad

Have you ever thought of getting a bigger Sombrero I think the one you have on is a little to tight for your head....

Yes it's ooooh so tight I can't think staright...6'7 240 pound power punching BOXER vs a guy who has been an over achiever then an under achiever and really fights DOWN to the level of other fighters.

I'm not saying Brock is not good, I'm not saying Brock won't win a title, I'm just saying right now vs Wladimir Klitschko is not going to be his path to title town!

Look at Wlad's last 2 fights, Sam Peter and Chris Byrd...now Brock is nothing like those guys but A) They weren't chumps and B) He beat them with relative ease....bring up the knockdowns all you like that was actually a GOOD thing for Wlad's reputation he can get up off the canvas and win...no one not even YOU in all of your boxing knowledge thought that would happen!

Now Calvin Brock has fought Zuri Lawrence and Timor Ibragimov and was extremely unspectacular (with the exception of the KO punch....that ONE punch was more exciting than the rest of the fight). Zuri was in no way shape or form ready to be put on that stage...he asked his trainer "Did I do good?" which I know is something as a fighter you want to know but you don't ask like that it shows a lack of confidence. He also didn't put his mouthpiece back in before going back in to fight...Brock might as well have fought Joe Shmoe out of the audience!!! Timor showed us nothing and Brock showed even LESS by not getting rid of him...where was the punching power? Where were the combinations? Where were the tap dancing quick feet

Brock is a good guy, a nice guy but look at him Coach he's AVERAGE...there is nothing that jumps out at me and says "HEY LOOK AT THIS GUY!!!" Defense average, offense average, footwork average, combinations less than memorable, chin relatively unknown due to lack of fights with PUNCHERS.

Coach what the fuck do you see in him that shows you he can beat Wlad Klitschko? Is Wlad over confident? Is Wlad looking past him? Is Wlad going to get KO'd by HIS power but not Sam Peter's?

I will remind you that Wlad has trained hella hard lately and doesn't punch himself out he paces himself very well and if he needs to wait a round before KO-ing someone he does it instead of trying to force the KO...as evident in the Peter fight. Wlad absolutely NAILED Sam with crosses and could have thrown more but just outboxed him but still almost KO'd him.

Instead of sticking your ass in your mouth, how about actually reading a forum instead through it....

First off, I said nothing about Wlad getting KO'd, I said nothing about Brock dominating....

All I ever said about Brock is that he is the most level headed of the competitors that Wlad has fought recently, so level headed that he COULD POSSIBLY produce some difficulties for Wlad.....And maybe even pull out a win....

Truthfully, Brock doesnt have anything to lose by fighting Wlad, but, Wlad has alot to lose by screwing up and losing to Brock....So in the end, who really has more pressure on him to win...

Just watch over the next month or so...

Do we know of the Venue>> Where, When and so forth.....

    Good Luck,

I even state that Wlad will win by decision....

What you need to do is seriously buy a smaller hat, it seems to be weighing down your brain and overloading your ass....

From now on, dont come in at the end of a forum, read the first few responses then make a response, read all the posts and then give your opinion....Then maybe, just maybe, you wont sound like a couch potato fan that thinks he knows all about boxing.....You can actually listen to someone who has firsthand insight and go from there....

When it comes to someone like Sam Peter, he is a one dimensional fighter....His only punch os a sloppy looping right hand that seldomly lands perfect, most of the time hitting in the back of the heads of his opponents as in the Klitschko fight....all but one knockdown were bad IMHO....Sam Peter should have waited about ten more fights before ever fighting someone like Klitshko, he was to inexperienced and never has been tested with accuracy and power. As for the recent Toney fight, Toney is an overdrawn bum and needed to retire a few years ago...I get disgusted when a guy that claims to be the best in boxing walks into the ring looking the way he does, Peter won that fight by the skin of his teeth and I gave it to him on my cards just because of the physical shape....

Chris Byrd, well, I have know this guy ever since we were amateur fighters in Michigan, he should have never left his Super Middle Weight class or should have even gone to light heavy....I knew him and his Brother Patrick and seen them fight against guys in our gym all the time...They were ok, not spectacular, they had awesome defense and some good counter punching....Being a heavyweight he had to perfect his shoot and run because he couldnt handle the power of fighters like Klitshko.

So yeah, actually Wlad fought two bums IMHO...He could have fought better competition out there..If we really had any better competition in the HW Div.!!!! I guess the Russians are here to stay for a while...

    Have a good day,

    Coach

Oh yeah Wlad would have hard a FAAAAR tougher time beating guys Brock has fought recently, Jameel McCline....ooops he already did that...I mean David Bostice....oops he already did that too

Brock is AVERAGE, he CAN'T outbox Wlad he WON'T KO him. He's another Bonecrusher Smith, a jack of all trades but a master of none and you have to be extremely good at something to be a title holder.

Coach if Byrd and Peter are such bums then why the hell aren't they being beaten out of the division And better yet why hasn't Brock stepped it up and fought them??

I'm not trying to be unreasonable but I see you're making it a point of being an asshole so I'll leave you to it...have fun

I respect you opinion Coach . However I'm of the opinion that the washed up James Toney you are referring to would flat out school Brock, easily winning a 10-12 R Decision. maybe even scoring a late round KO. I also feel that Brock would get knocked out by Peter inside 8 rounds , at some point Brock would get hit and that would be it. Peter cracks a lot harder then McCline do . Chris Byrd would dance the night away and win boring dec over Brock.. a side from Peter , these guy actually have deep amateur experience. After watching Brock's last snooze fest with Timor I am convinced he would get hammered by Wlad as well. your not going to become Heavyweight Champion of the world by learning how to box watching title boxing ( How to DVD's) at the age of 27 . Christ LOL at least I hope not. LMFAO What a suck ass division , Were actually talking about this fight. LOL !

    Agreed.

Agreed again. I really like Brock...but this is a hell of a way to end an undefeated streak.

My point is this about Toney,,,,,HE's FINISHED, DONE, RETIREE WANABE!!! Brock could and would get a Dec. against him....

Now about Peter, I think Peter would catch him with a good right hand, but Peter doesnt know how to close it, he is dumb after throwing a good right hand and doesnt know how to finish a fighter when he is hurt....

At the age of 27, and a 29-0 record from watching DVDs, plus having won every Amateur title there is, I think Brock has all the Skill needed to be in the ring.

You look at the HWs right now and tell me what names there actually impress anyone at this moment?? NOT A SINGLE ONE!!!

All I said about Brock and lemme repeat this for the tight hat wearing mexican.....He looks to be the more level headed and secure of a fighter that I have seen in a long time....

When iot came to beating McCline, Brock was a huge underdog in the fight, they didnt expect to see him beat McCline...I think Brock's durability after getting caught with a hard punch has already been proven, so thinking that Peter will beat him is already a dumb statement....Peter has alot more to learn about the sport IMHO, he is only about 75% there atm...As for Byrd, I dont think he can afford to do all the dancing anymore, its either put up or shut up for him....He needs to start fighting if he ever decides to fight again....

Brock has been good at something btw and that has been, Proving everyone to this point that they were wrong about him....

I will repeat myself for the non-reading, tight hat wearing, dumass mexican.....I pick Wlad to win by decision, if Wlad gets stupid, he will lose to his mistakes...

    Thank you and Good luck,

    Coach
