I can't see what the debate is over, boxers generate the hardest [i]punches[/b].
That's what boxing is about and it has been being perfected for 100s of years... once other martial arts are simply about punches then we can talk.
Getting a one punch KO is all about delivering all the weight that you have genetate quickly, transfering it all in a second to make their cranium move. if the punch is slow less of it gets delivered because energy is lost.
When you do it properly, you don't even feel like you've hit anything, BANG! and their head moves away like a conker, it's not like hitting a bag or a mit, or some solid bastard who's head won't move, that's how boxers break their hand. it's crazy.
They should of gotten Lennox Lewis to do his cross, that guy was piss poor weak for how much the where bigging him up.
