I know man. That's the reason I don't understand all the disrespect directed at him.

No I didn't like Ali's fighting style though I respect his toughness and commitment to greatness. Lennox didn't really hold but he did push down on his opponents back alot and that takes plenty out of a fighter trust me. Especially from a guy his size but yeah I actually did like Lennox even when nobody else did. I remember being the only guy in the room rooting for him when I got together with my friends on fight night.
Ask Michael Grant if he thinks he got a fair shake vs Lennox Lewis

All of this style that Wlad has developed is thanks to Manny and it makes Wlad less vulnerable to losing....is that so wrong?

Wlad would have beat Chris Byrd had he held him or not...it ain't like Chris was throwing a ton of punches anyways

I was a big time Wlad fan before that fight believe it or not and he just completely lost my respect. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt but then I saw him do it against feather fisted Byrd and that was the last straw.
So how do you feel about punching behind the head? you like that huh lol

My point exactly. We all know what the outcome of the Byrd fight would have been so why cheat.

I've said this like a million times that's why. If Wlad is that scared to get punched in his face that he turns his head that's not necessarily Peters fault. Think about that.

Wladimir never landed one of his best right hands on Peter in the first fight.I am not sure if one of his punches could put him down but a good combo would.

    your kidding right?
You ever get rocked in the back of the head? lol, so your saying vlad, instead of blocking the punch with his gloves or tying up his man, he was trying to use the back of his head as cushion?. Cmon, it was blatant punches behind the head, some 2, 3 times in a row while peter would make it inside, his violent, wild punches were not un-orchestrated. He knew what he was doing ( it reminded me of Briggs vs lennox lewis, briggs saw it effective, and did it until he hurt lewis)

I see. So what was the reason James Toney kept getting hit in the back of the head? Was he scared to?

Here are the two behind the head shots Peter landed on Wladimir, the second is really bad because Wladimir had been pushed to his knee by Peter first and then hit on the back of the head.

I ccould see why you think Wlad would win. He has alot of skill and advantages but I think that it is a bad match up for him because of Peters incredible chin and power. It's definitely the best fight that coulb be made at HW no matter what the outcome. Two behemoths throwing bombs is sure to keep everyone on the edge of their seats. I just hope it's clean so that there can be a clear winner.

The outcome will be the same. Peter will lose. It was pretty clear the first time.
