Me neither, i'm sure he would gladly fight anyone. Thing is i'm not sure how smart he is out of the ring. From his dieting right through to his negotiation skills.

Shudn't he have a year to defend his title anyway?

I will be surprised if Hatton fights anyone other than Castillo in June, never mind all this he said she said nonsense thats flying around. Also Ive said it before and I'll say it again, its ridiculous that Hattons own forum is as much in the dark as anyone else. I fucking hate all this cloak and dagger stuff, little winks here, nods there, its pathetic and seems to go on far too much for a fighter who is a good honest boy like we are told. All this fucking shit was supposed to stop when he left Frank.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Seems to be LOADS of rumour/counter rumour in the fight game in the last few weeks alone.
Just hope the fights we want materialise sometime this year.
We've been starved for too long imo and maybe Oscar v Floyd will open the floodgates
    Really do hope so

Fucking Calzaghe. It's looks like his cowardliness has rubbed off on Hatton.

CC. Thats exactly what I was thinking. Fuking British Troll, I don't believe this shat. Surely it must be wrong information? The fight has to still be on. HBO should make sure it is still on. Hatton better not pussy out of this fight!!!

The thread title is slightly misleading, the fight is certainly not off but it is going to be delayed because Hatton wants to honour his mandatory obligations.

His mandatory obligations are unworthy. And he already said he was going to fight Castillo next. What is he going to do, back out on his word again?

I agree VD,I was just pointing out that the fight is not off but this is VERY dissappointing! Hatton needs to forget the alphabet soup titles, and just fight the best. What happened to fighting only the best fights,he is NOT breaking America beating guys like Urango, and Rabah/Ndou. And I totally agree,he CLEARLY stated that he would fight JLC next but then again,he clearly stated that he would fight Collazo again too

If Hatton does indeed fight the winner of N'dou-Rabah instead of Castillo I think it's pretty obvious fear would be the reason why. I mean what else would it be? The title means nothing. And it's not like N'dou or Rabah are big money fights. It's fear. Plain and simple.

Here's a good video of N'dou, he showed some heart against Mayweather, but he got destroyed in the process.

I think Ricky could have a good, action packed fight against N'dou.

like I posted on another thread if Ricky fights Ben Rabah, he's got the style to keep Ricky frustrated all night
and possibly pull a slap victory.

It's actually a different N'dou Killer.... That was Phillip N'dou, this is Lovemore N'dou who's fighting ben Rabah... He has recently lost to both Cotto and Junior Witter.. Pretty much shot now probably.

Lovemore N'dou gave Cotto one heck of a fight a few years ago.
Ben Rabah is garbage and would do no such thing against the British Troll. He's a feather fisted runner, thats all.
