fuck canada, one half of the population speaks french and the other ENGLISH-SPEAKING half fucking lets 'em!! Hahahaha says it all, goddamn moose-fuckers!!

LEwis was proud to wave the canadian flag when they were giving him money as a teenager, then when it suited him he came back HOME and started his pro-career over here. Then, as you might have heard, he went to America and took over, under a British flag. What country does Michael Buffer say Lewis comes from again every time he fights? oh yeah, ENGLAND! What was his title going into that Ruddock fight up there, I'm sure I heard the MC say BRITISH, commonwealth and EUROPEAN champion didn't you? Just get over it.

statistics? War? Grow up you tool. Yeah I world war one, didn't nearly a million british people die in that war? get some perspective mate, Canada was a colony back then and you did what you were told, you did well, in world war 2 you did well again, and in the end we set you free after 200 years or so of loyal service. The reason you declared war on the same day as us is because we did it for you. You were listed as one of our possessions at the time, 3rd behind India and Australia. Why in the name of christ's fat cock do you even wanna bring world war 1 into anyways? Point is you've learned an important lesson. Dont argue history with british people you lose every time.

To be fair there are a number of posters in this thread that are saying things beyond any measure of control. Needs to be cleaned up a bit!!

Hey, Im Canadian, and Im not going to say landmine is handling himself well but your no better with this shit... I can totally agree with you even in some of your points.. I think its a total crock of shit that every label on any product in all of Canada is written in French and English. But if you want to pry at this, it was YOU BRITS THAT LET THE FRENCH STAY FOR GODS SAKE. After the seven years war, do you know how many French people were inhabiting Canada?? Do you? Sorry, but you really ought to read up on this if you think it's crazy that WE let them speak French and live here..Who do you think WE are?? I believe from Britain originally Or was it the native Indians who let the French have their province....

I agree, I love Tyson but the majority of his fanbase is severly delusional, with many thinking if he just trained hard enough he could still unify the heavyweight championship today.
u know wat call me a mike tyson fan who is delusianl but who really stand in his way to unify? which of the four champs can beat him?

It was about Lennox Lewis and how I feel that a boxer,or any athlete for that matter should show some allegiance to the country that footed the bill for his training etc and Olympic exposure.
I don't care where he's from. If you represent Lower Slubovia in the Olympics after training there for 10 years on taxpayers dollars and then become a pro and say "no really I'm German, I was born In dusseldorff (or wherever)
"Cheer for me" Germany (ps I'm German)... then your a backstabbing turncoat HOMO ,and I hate you.

Mike went downhill when he tried to be a rockstar. Like Arturro Gatti's father said to him,"you can either be a rockstar or a boxer. You can't be both."

he became a 1 punch hitter,,,this set him up 4 defeat

he only lost 1 fight in his prime...much like joe louis

now after having a 5 yr retirement.....he sure as hell was just a shadow of his former self

point being -the tyson b4 jail was a legend--after jail--like an old louis

nobody counts louis fights after he came out of retirement, how come they count tysons fights sfter retirement?

people focus on tyson after jail--not b4 when he really was a beast ripping through all his opponents, so i think hes underrated becaus pple focus on his after jail career
If his prime had come 5 or 10 years latter he would have had to face Lewis,Holyfield or Bowe to even win the HW title not the washed up fighters he did fight.

Not his fault I know but he was lucky there was a serious lack of talet around when he was in his prime.

washed up fighters? are you talking about tucker, smith or spinks? lets not forget tucker was a very skilled fighter 35-0 at the time, and bone crusher smith was a dangerous opponent,he was just coming of his destruction of tim witherspoon........and i dont care what anyone says about spinks but he was supposed to give tyson all sorts of trouble, dont forget spinks koed cooney in impressive fashion and his 2 contraversial wins over holmes who was undefeated 48-0...................no one at the time expected tyson to win so easily givin spinks akward style.......after that fight tyson had acomplished all in his career, than sacked rooney the man he took him to the title in the first place,it was all down hill from there you could tell in his next fight with bruno his timing was of and he looked awfull compared to the tyson we all knew.

.....and regarding tyson-holy 92....i feel tyson was not quite his old self but was coming back strong with 2 great wins over ruddick and would have taking a dicission over holyfield if not ko in my oppinion as holyfield hadnt let developed into a true HW at this time

tucker had good record but against who exactly ?? he didnt face anyone good until he faced tyson and gave good account himself winning 4 rounds yes big h im saying it again yea spinks got two controversial decisions and alot of people think he should of lost both against old shot larry holmes and holmes getting robbed in 2nd fight yes very impressive bonecrusher had power but he fought scared and didnt do anything until last 12 seconds when he stunned tyson and i disagree with holy vs tyson 1992 aswell holyfield hadnt developed into true hw ?? beating foreman and going 12 rounds with one of best hws of last decade riddick bowe and he hadnt truly developed ?? sorry mate i disagree with that comment

maybe your right ,holyfeild had developed into a true HW.....but i was just racking my brain trying to justify why tyson would beat holy ...ok heres another......why did tyson lose to evander 96?answer......endurance! he simply ran out of gas...tyson 92 while not his best was still super fit and hungry and as you know could go 12 hard rounds imo it would probably have gone to the score cards

i agree with 1992 version of tyson vs holy would of gone to scorecards back in 1996 holyfield was tying tyson up on inside so tyson couldnt unload i think tyson was getting frustrated and holyfield made tyson beat himself to be honest and also another reason is holyfield had looked terrible in his last couple of fights and i dont think tyson thought holyfield would be as good as he was that night

Holding and holding and more holding helped Holyfield defeat Tyson. A few boxers found Tyson's weakness and were able to exploit it. Holding on the inside frustrated Tyson.
