For the first two minutes of the round it was pretty even boxing, but Marquez closes it out very strong with clean, powerful punching. Very impressive finish for Rafa.

Round 2
Marquez opens the second round with a good uppercut and an excellent, short right hook. It seems that Marquez, as many expected, is the more proficient technician.

Round 3
Marquez had popped and staggered Vazquez, but Israel responded in kind and knocked down Rafa. This has really put Vazquez back into the fight; this has been a great third round.

A spirited, well fought round with a solid edge in the boxing to Marquez. He takes another round in my book.

Round 6
Vazquez finally came out and matched Marquez's punch output and was successful not only with power shots, but also the jab. This is the first round, other than the third, that I think one could definitively give it to Israel.
