So a stretch band is not quite what you wanna be using for these exercises then Scrap? Why?

So I guess I should call it Apaptosaurus according to Wilkipedia then MD Now I'm even scaring myself with how geeky I can be (almost)

Sharla, they usually have handles on them, but thinking about it as long as the ankle is padded you could use it.Its just that I have always used elastic rope for convenience I make all sorts of contraptions with the stuff, its easier. Plus you can alter distance better and its pretty cheap. But if you have a band try it. If you have a velcro ankle strap all the better

Thanks I have some very cheap stretch bands without handles that I can just tie around my ankle but that might be a bit dodgy so I'll look in the local hardware store otherwise I'll have to see what I can order over the net. I sort of doubt they'll stock the same range in Australia.

Thanks I'll check it out. I've only been using the net for boxing research recently and haven't found all these sites yet so this is great
