I watched the loose change vid and although it is convincing I dont think the towers were demolished by explosives. It is a bit strange that other buildings have burned for 23 hours and not failed though. Then again I don't know shit about structures and their limits/tolerances to heat.

I remember spending one night watching loads of 9/11 videos on youtube and by the time I was done I just felt totally confused. It's still as shocking to watch too.

I'm not for or against the conspiracy.
But you can't use that as an argument.
Because the US government has planned attacks on their own nation in the past. Officially documented. The government doesn't even deny these. (Wikipedia "Operation Northwoods")
So it's not inconceivable for them to attack their own nation as pretext for war.
I'm not saying that's what they did with 9/11 though. Just saying you can't use that as an argument against it. It happens.

#1 When specifically did the US attack itself?...the only example I can think of would be The USS Maine (which started the Spanish-American War) and there are doubts about what caused that too, I just think it was an accident but was used as propaganda anyways.

#2 Do you think that they would attack themselves on such a large scale?

I for one don't think they would.....as Eric Cartman says "It's not my fault Iraqi's(I'll switch Iraqi out for Islamic Terrorist) are full of hate"!

this is a different country now. Everything is run by special interest groups and nothing will be done that might make someones anual profit go down alittle bit. If they can screw over 10 million americans to make an extra dollar a year they will do it.

They did plan on attacking their own in the past.
But the Kennedy administration outright rejected the plan.
The documents were revealed during the Kennedy assassination investigation.
What's to say that just because the Kennedy adminstration rejected government sponsored terrorism in the past, that the Bush administration would do the same?

I'm not saying I believe in the conspiracy, mind you.
If I had to answer yes or no, I would say no I don't believe 9/11 was a conspiracy.
Loose Change is garbage with severely skewed "scientific" facts.
And if it was a conspiracy, I would suspect the government would've tried to make Iraq and Hussein directly responsible for it.
All I said was that people can't use, "The government wouldn't attack their own people" as an argument. Former Joint Cheifs of Staff Lyman Lemnitzer thought it was a good idea. Kennedy didn't. Thank god for that. There are just much better arguments against the conspiracy.

Which is a good reason to be concerned about the little conspiracy people trying to sell shirts and movies?? How much money was made on 9/11? How much money is being made on the war in Iraq, and the war on "terror"? But people make up these conspiracy theories just to make a few thousand dollars...... But the people making BILLIONS would never do anything like that.....

Ever watched the news broadcasts from Oklahoma city bombing? Seen the newscasters interviewing the chief of police, bomb squad captain, etc.... all of them explaining how many devices were diffused and how many they were still working on INSIDE the building? Then the next day it was a truck parked outside across the street. It blew up and split the building in half? I buy that for a dollar. See you can argue over scientific evidence again and again. Both sides will have some merit. But when you put it all together you find out that the official story has as many if not more problems than the "theories" except you are expected to believe the official "theory" is 100% true.

By the way people don't usually get promoted in the military when there is a huge mistake they are in charge of.... Look at the guys in charge of the Abu Garib and other prisoner camps, they got slammed. Not promoted.... But the guy in charge when 3 planes are hijacked and smashed into some of the most well known buildings in our country, gets Promoted, not demoted. He should have been the first on the chopping block. That's how it works Lyle..... I was in service when a Marine was left in the desert over a long weekend. He died and everyone who was anywhere in his chain of command got blasted. Generals, on down. The General wasn't even there, but that's how it works. Kind of fishy....

.....I know man, politics is really strange and I think what has made it so sketchy is the 2 party system....I mean it's one story vs another, Republican vs Democrat, War vs Anti-War, Pro Life vs Pro Choice, but in the end it's American vs American and everyone needs to feel the pride they felt as Americans when old Ronald Reagan was in charge.....those were the good old days




But in all seriousness it's Republican vs Democrat and no one I know of agrees 100% with all of their platforms. And they fight like they are ready to go at each other's throats forgetting that no matter who is in charge we are all Americans.
