Ha this fight was pretty entertaining. I find it amusing though that in both man vss woman fights the men outweight the women by 40 lbs or more, thats hardly fair imo.

I'd fancy a slightly younh Buttafuco to bully and beatdown a little pissant 110 lb flyweight as well over 3 rounds.

Now put him in with Ann Wolf however and he gets ktfo.

Yep she's scary alright! I think she'd bash many a man without too much difficulty!

Raab never boxed in his life(besides their first fight) and is an average healthy 40 years old man...
He outweighs Halmich by something like 70 pounds...the fight was scheduled for 6 rnds and it
may look like an entertaining joke, but Raab took it quite seriously...even though he has no skill
at all, he trained for six weeks and among other things trained a little bit with Felix Sturm...
But will it be enough to stand against a professional female boxer ...

Here are the first three rnds:

Thanks for this one CC Johnny - i tried to watch it the first time you put it up but couldn't get it to play for some reason. I think I even learnt something from that - sparring taller heavier people is difficult - regardless of whether you're male or female - I like the way she did it!

i don't care how big ann wolfe's arm are she's too technically flawed to beat any world champion male boxer...unless its a bantam weight and he gets too cocky and stands there with his hands down...ann wolfe would be stopped and so would every other woman who'd put on gloves...that's pro vs pro..now anne probably could beat an untrained smaller guy..but even then if he was trained on how to throw a punch in the correct manner its lights out for her....even if he couldn't just used the strum or winky defence and let her come in then hit her when she gets close and the power where eventually wear her down...when laila ali was on BET with shane mosley at the time he was 135 and she was 168..they asked if she could beat him and she "no, even a man 135lbs has more power than a woman her size"

so i don't care how much she weighs unless is a ridculously small man that protein deficient anne wolfe, laila ali, all of them are going out...because none of them have good defense..scratch that none of them have even average defense.,,,

So what your saying then is that a fight between Ann Wolf and Edison Miranda would be a pick'em?

    I agree

i guess you're not a miranda fan...but the only pick'em in that fight would be what round is wolfe going out in....

I think women's boxing is just as credible as the lighter wieghts in mens boxing. I'd personally rather watch two birds bash it out than two little flyweights.

I watch these tiny guys fighting and it just seems wrong to me. We should be sending them food aid and giving them medical care to ensure they get back to a healthy weight not standing around them chanting 'fight! fight! fight!',

Taylor hanson? certainly not "BAD INTENTIONS" because he probably could knock her out but wouldn't do it because Manny would be saying "go knock her ass out"...

Your about 10 years behind the curve son
The sideshow/foxy boxing days are dead, and gone
And its only going to get even more intense now that Women have a viable amateur scene
Sorry, the top Super Middleweights(where the action and the money is) can REALLY fight
They train just as long, they train with men, they spar men
The days of Christy Martin looking "cute" are over
    These days,women boxers ARE boxers
