Jones may very well beat Eubank. But by that margin?!

Absolute bollocks. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but really.
Well does it matter 10-2 or 12-0 it would be easy decision.
Jones would probably win, but to say it would be a Calzaghe: Lacy style fight was too much. Eubank was extremely unorthodox and who is to say how that style would really have played against Jones. Eubank prior to Watson 2 was also a dangerous puncher when up against it too...

I would suggest that prime against prime Eubank loses by UD but in an edgy contest where Jones is made to have a tough night and eat some glove.

I gotta agree with Miles and the rest.
Eubank was a extremely dangerous customer

Just dug this old thread out. I'm quite shocked at how much of a chance people think Eubank would have had against a Prime RJJ. Roy was a monster at 168 and for me could well have been p4p the greatest ever there. He totally schooled Toney at that weight and Toney for me would have comfortably beat Eubank too.

I've always been a huge Eubank fan but to think he causes Jones any REAL trouble for me is a bit far fetched. I respect that everyone is entitled their own opinion though and I respect that Eubank was an elite fighter so I suppose he is entitled to his defence on here.

Looking at what happened with a common opponent in Malinga though, you have to say Jones did a much, much better job.
