From What ive heard Team Mundine did offer Froch a fight he he knocked it back.This was reported a few months ago on some australian boxing forums from people had talked with khodder mundines manager.

Mundine would beat Froch up IMO. Anthony took Kessler's power and looked decent v the giant Dane. Froch is too 1 dimensional imo,and although he has very good power,he is also quite open. The only problem for Mundine would be that he sometimes lays on the ropes unnecessarily,he should not do that v Froch.
