You have to give Peter credit for continuing to believe in himself and trying himself against the best opposition out there.

However you have to question his team who must surely know he is going to get his a** smoked by Green.

If I was part of Manfredo's team I'd be fighting guys like Jesse Brinkley, Alfonso Gomez and Joey Gilbert again leading to a third fight with Sergio Mora. Hell I'd even match him up with the other Rhode Island Contender guy Gary Balleto. He could probably beat all those guys, pack out Rhode Island and make some nice money in the process.

I think Peter Manfredo is the perfect example that sometimes it's better NOT to believe in yourself

Whoever told him to reach for the stars should really have told him to be content with buying a telescope
