Round 3: much better round for Erik, he really lets his hands go. Stuns Diaz with about a minute to go, but Diaz recovers. Lots of action, Erik gets the better of it. Round to Erik.
    29-28 Morales.

Round 4: Morales has a bounce in his step now. Lands the cleaner, harder punches, clearly takes the round.
    39-37 Morales.

I got Erik up 3 rounds to 1 with the knockdown in the first giving him a 39-36 lead.

Round 5: Better round for Diaz than the last 2, but Erik still lands more often, and the cleaner harder shots. Another round for Erik.
    49-46 Morales.

Round 6: Diaz trying to make it a brawl, pushes Erik to the ropes. Erik not throwing as much this round. Diaz missing a lot, but he also lands one big shot that backs Erik up, and then some good body shots at the end of the round.
Swelling under Diaz's right eye. Round to Diaz.
    58-56 Morales.

This is what I am worried about. Going into the later rounds where Diaz doesn't lose much, it'll be interesting to see if Morales can stave him off. I was worried this would be Gatti - Gomez II but it sounds like Erik is at least making a respectable and competitive showing.

Round 7: Diaz keeps coming forward and bullying Erik. Diaz lands more punches. Erik lands one big counter fight halfway thru the round, but not much else.
Morales is starting to look tired. Round to Diaz.
    67-66 Morales.

I agree with your rounds but I think you gotta give Morales a 10-8 in the first due to the knockdown, so I have it 67-65.
