I've never done anything like washing lens in my mouth!!
But i'm going to be more careful with my contact lens now

Losing eyesight must be really horrible -i hope he proves the doctors wrong by making a full recovery

Yea nothing you can do but wish him the best and a full recovery, boxing takes a backseat to his overall well being and quality of his life along with his family.

No it's fine. You make a good point. I was just remembering his dickhead fans that appeared on this forum. I remember not so long again when Ice said he didn't rate him, his fan called him a racist.

I also didn't like Mundine's attitude towards the British. However, I don't approve of wife beating either (unless the ironing isn't done), yet I see the loss of Corrales as sad for the sport. So point well made, have a

Well i reckon its in cases like mundines we kinda gotta look at him as a boxer rather than a person yano? Similarly to Floyd, u may not like the person but thats no excuse to rag on his abilities....

Oh by the way bzfkn, u usually seem to be a Hatton defender like myself, u hoping to head to the Mayweather fight?

I think that actually works out roughly the same as my own €1500, Failing that i guess i could get it ppv at home n bring an audience, but to be there live would be witnessing boxing history.

I've currently seen flights for £296. As for hotel, I will stay in the cheapest dump if it means I can be there.

Thats a really great price! I think my best shot is gettin a flight to LHR and then onward to the states, they're jus too expensive from Ireland.

He didn't clean a contact lens with his mouth, the infection was a result of surgery.

A generation of fighters that waste their talent and not look for improvement like the likes of judah and such and we have a fighter who really was improving every fight and getting better's career potentially ended

    I'm so sad right now

Well Aaron Pryor fought when he was blind in one eye I think Mundine can fight with partial vision but I'd worry if he'd ever be the same

No i seriously doubt he could box with only one good eye, i mean when u see fighters like Vargas or Gatti or whoever getting one eye shut and becoming disorientated and defensively impotent, what can u expect from mundine. I no its sad but theres no style adjustment he can make or strategy to adopt when missing 50% vision.

And if he does continue, imagine the possible implications, the guy could get horrificly injured.
