No one has said anything close to that its just Mayweather has fought swarmers before and it didn't work Hatton doesn't carry the power at 147 he wasn't able to bully Collazo or move him with his punches Hatton was the one rocking not Collazo and Mayweather is quicker than Collazo has better punching technique and hits harder and much better defence if Hatton can do it good for him but honestly don't think he will i think a fighter like Mosley who is just as fast as Mayweather has very good chance or a very tall fighter with good boxing skills and non stop punching has very chance also against mayweather aka Williams.

wow talk about confidence. I think ricky has a chance if he can truly pull off what he mentioned in that post, by applying relentless presssure for the whole 36minutes i don't think mayweather will look good with that type of strategy nor any opponent. However, He should remember that mayweather has also great stamina to keep him at bay if he so wish. The only thing i could see ricky could pull this off is either by hitting pbf a heartbreaking perfect liver shot or an uppercut that will lay dust pbf because tiring pbf is almost impossible or zero chance, in contrary, it's almost likely that ricky will get tired in this fight than pbf.

If ricky can somehow land a clean body combination round after round; the said strategy might probably work but the thing is with pbf as opponent, a boxer's accuracy gets really crappy. But it's always good to hear that ricky truly believes he could win this fight. That should raise his level of competition a little bit higher than ever before. . I always thought that only a boxer with godly stamina, ring intelligence,heart and the resolve to apply undying relentless pressure can beat pbf in chicken mode. I have few boxers in mind that can pull that off but weight hinders that from happening. Ricky has the right attitude and mind set but will he, his body be able to actually pull that off?. . we shall see. .

Sometimes having confidence and good thinking make a difference in boxing. The sports is sometimes won psychologically.

Ivan Drago was immobile and very easy to hit. He's more like a prime Apollo Creed (about 2 years before the fight with Rocky Balboa)

There's more to boxing than knockout punches. There's a technical part to it too.

ICB Hatton underestimated luiz a lot and he therefore didnt try as best. In hattons mind right now if u were told to move up to fight collozo u would think hes some bum that nobody has heard of but that was far from the case. In floyd ricky knows this is the biggest fight of his life therefore he wont take any risks and train like no other. I just feel ricky will have his fight on that night and work Floyd into a difficult fight. It will be tough for both men and the person whos going to win will have to show greater heart IMO. you tell me who floyd who has floyd beaten who is better than ricky ? Don't worry kat, I've heard him make the "simple fan" comment to me before too but I think he used far more colorful language. He believes that if you don't turn your head when someone gets a bloody nose then you must be in to the blood and guts and therefore couldn't possibly be a REAL fan of boxing. To save you the time Frozen, I'll share with her the same advise you gave me, maybe you need to watch the UFC instead.
