    meant to post this here

I had it 7-3 for Zab

Vazquez was game, very tough, very composed. It was a bit disappointing that Judah did not score a KO, but he controlled the fight and it was still exciting.

Sadly, I think Zab's time at the top is at an end. Vazquez is definitely tougher than his record shows, but his record is poor enough that a world class fighter shouldve been able to KO him.

I think if Zab meets Margarito it will be an easy late ko for Tony. Judah keeps his hands so damn low..he was getting hit with A LOT of Vazquez's jabs.

I know people are quick to dismiss punchtrack but the final numbers on the fight were very similar. Judah had only a slight edge on number of punches landed and percent landed. Though his carried a lot more power.

And judah is still fast but not fast enough to underestimate an opponent and use NO defense. I was worried he was going to get sparked, especially since vazquez gave such a good showing.

The only guys to ever knockout Vasquez were a young Acelino Freitas, Ricardo Torres, and some guy named Negron. I checked boxrec after the fight.

This is exactly why punchstat numbers are pretty meaningless.

If you saw the fight, then you know that Judah won it pretty convincingly.

Punchstat numbers are a measure of a fighters activity, not effectiveness.

How great was it to see Judah flipped the bird in the round he said he would end it and then not be able to get the guy out of there?

If it weren't for Lamont Peterson being such a stuf then that would have been my favorite part of the night.

Tell me which elite Welterweights Judah can beat ?? he always folds underpressure he is weak mentally and he won this fight yes but so what who was this guy ?? journeyman with an almost 50-50 record.

And by the sounds of it he even struggled in this fight.

Judah can beat Cotto if Cotto doesn't throw vicious low blows.

Judah can beat Margarito, but so can just about any other welterweight.

Judah can beat Delahoya if he fights a smart fight where he conserves his energy (like tonight) because Oscar always tires out.

Judah can beat Kermit Cintron because Cintron isn't very good.

Judah vs. Mosley would be a damn good fight, I'd go with Judah by SD.

Paul Williams and Floyd Mayweather are the only two welterweights that can beat Judah for sure.

No he didn't struggle one time with this guy. It was just to get rounds in, Ray Robinson himself couldn't have carried the guy any better.

He had Vazquez hurt a few times with one shot, but he never really turned on the gas pedal. I gave Vazquez three rounds, the first and the two after the cut. Other then that, Judah just carried him and won.

Still, Judah still didn't look like anything spectacular to me and I definitely think his skills as a fighter are diminishing. The guy could see everything Judah threw his way for the most part.

Come on Frozen just look at what your saying your sounding just like Sal now Judah got the the living hell beat out of him by Cotto them low blows didn't effect his tactics or fighting he fought the same way Cotto got close to him due to Judah's mental weakness and due to the pressure he can't cut it against elite fighters when i watch Judah i see someone with good skills but mentally weak and will never beat an elite fighter only good fighter he has ever beaten is Cory Spinks mark my words Judah will never ever beat any of the elite Welterweights.

I respect you for sticking with your fighter but if this was any other fighter like Margarito having trouble with 22-10 fighter or not being able to stop him you would be the first to crictize him.

I'm sorry FROZENSOLID but I can't agree with you on any of these fights. Each one of these guys are stronger fighters and can hurt Judah. I think Judah has a better chance at a rematch with Mayweather. He showed that he can fight that style well for 5 rounds. He just needs to do it for 12. Margarito would fight him like Cotto. Oscar would catch him cold. Especially at 147. Don't underestimate Cintron....the man can hit hard. Mosley would out hustle him in the late rounds.

I suggest he go down to 140 where I think he could have a bigger impact than at 147. This fight was not a good showing on his part and could hurt him on a bigger fight.
