"Toothless blue collar beer guzzling peasants?"

    Sorry who are you?

Show a bit more respect dude, dislikeing there way of watching there man is fair enough but calling them peasants is just out of order, shape up or you wont last hear long.
In a sense you're right, not on account of respect though. Seeing as we need peasants it's unfair for me possibly cause some sort of self awareness.
Self awareness might lead to them not being peasants anymore (they might even pick up a book!), then who will mop our floors?
Also why try and censor what I'm saying, especially when it's not directed at any forum member? If you don't care for my comment ignore it and quit trying to kill free speech (as bitter as free speech may sound )

Nonetheless, Ricky has confronted a crowd that did not cheer or scream when Blue Moon was playing and it seemed to have a negative effect. Even so I see him being extremely focused considering he's had this fight on the brain for a while now.

I don't see it affecting him enough to make any difference in the outcome of the fight, if anything there will just be less of the corny songs and chanting.

I hope not because its only Ricky in the ring with the best PFP fighter in Boxing, not a group of supporters. If he dosent have the proper frame of mind to begin with than he stands half a chance than what little he has already to beat Floyd.

The difference is Floyd thrives on being the bad guy and the villian, whenever he walked to the ring in the biggest fight of his career with a sombrero and leather mexican flag shorts in a pro Delahoya crowd, you knew Mayweather has the focus, determination and steely resolve to thrive in any enviorment and conditions, thats what makes him special and hands down the best boxer in the world

    Agrrein again JT.
Floyd is a model professional in that respect, he is totally unaffected by the crowd. He has illustrated this on numerous occasions, for example against De La Hoya, when the crowd bayed for violence he was completely composed and set about the task of boxing efficiently and cautiously.

Rick however is highly infleunced by the crowd, He never fails to mention them after a fight oor in an interview, he seems to fight to satisfy their demands and if the demand isnt there how will he perform.

Anyway, he'll have me shouting for him, albeit across the atlantic.

Hatton has a market and the fans deserve to see the fight. It wont affect Hattons performance but its unfair to see so many fans of a fighter left in the cold, whilst a lot of tickets go to casino buffs.

If fans are willing to snap up tickets then allocate the tickets to them.

    Its a shame really.

Well if you stay here long enough you will realise that me and a few others will be part of these " Toothless peasants" come December 8th. So you could say it was directed at me. So like i said previously show some respect.

These so called peasants will be spending alot of time and money to go and watch and support there fighter.

Casino has to make it's money and satisfy it's people too. Hatton peasants, I mean fans got no choice but to deal with the fact that there man will not be cater to hand and foot like he is in the UK.

You do realise hundreds of tickets will be wasted on celebrities and Casino owners' families who wont be able to tell mayweather and hatton apart?

The casino makes its money just fine. Hatton supporters pay good money for tickets too. Less than 4000 is a joke.

Its about supply and demand and here the demand is getting a rough deal of the cards.

Well Hatton is not wanting to be catered hand and foot, but do you not think its better for boxing to have more fans watching the fight? I no because it is Hatton fans you will probably say no.

But i think its quite dumb when a fight of this size could probably do 50000 even in that States but its in a venue that deosn't even hold 20000?

So Boxing is an elitest sport when it comes to the top the game? If you have the money you can watch the fight which i feel is a shame, you will have all these suits and celbs in there who wouldnt know a jab from an uppercut preventing real fans who have passion and love the sport.

Of course. But them celebrities got deeper pockets than Hatton fans. So they drop more money at the tables. It's a money making world. And I don't blame the casinos. It's the reality of the situation. It's always been like that for a big fight. When Tyson was in his prime a lot of his fans couldn't get tickets to see him fight. There was no big uproar. Why should the situation be different? Cuz Hatton fans come from the UK? Oh fucking well. Go to a bar and watch the fight. Or stay home and order the PPV.
