Berrio v Bute preview(should be a good fight!)

Good fight what I saw of it. I missed first 7 rounds but it was good back and forth from there til the end.

Clearly he was out on his feet, it was like the Griffith Vs Paret, but thank god the ref knew he was out. Props to Bute for the impressive ko. From what I saw he was moving well and countering with his left bombs. He didnt look great against Bika, but he did tonight. Berrio from what I saw couldnt close the distance, and Bute would catch him when he did come in. Berrio was game tho he had Bute rocked a few times and retreating.

Big time! You could hear the crack of Berrio's punches and Bute was weary of him. The guy has serious power, but it scares me when he gets hurt. A few times in the fight when Berrio got stunned, his arms would fall to his sides and he would retreat. His legs don't go, but his sense to protect himself does. Same thing with the end of the fight. A bad ref could get the poor guy killed. He reacts in a bad way when hurt.

I dont think he ever went down he was out on his feet all the way back to his stool.

Bute was impressive although I would have been dissappointed had he not beaten the powerful but 1 dimensional Berrio. Bute has good counter punching skills,a decent defence,and it was good seeing him step up. I think Berrio just could not handle the south paw stance at all!

1thing about Bute though,he loops some of his punches quite a bit,and as he is economical with his punches,other than that though,he was pretty good. That was a scary stoppage,the way his hands dropped and neck snapped back!
