Not really, but I think Baldomir has more staying power when someone is coming straight at him then Tszyu who likes to bully and put you at distance for that right hand.

I would't say Zab usually comes straight at anyone. He's a boxer puncher who gets great opportunities to land because of his speed and reflexes. The only times I've seen him bring pressure is when he's in with a D- level fighter or the 2nd Spinks fight, because he realized that for once his chin could handle a clean shot from the guy he was in with.

I have not read the rest of the thread but I have no doubt in my mind that with Kostya's superb timing,his intelligence and his power,he would cathc Zab somewhere again and it would be lights out. Kostya's style suits boxers I think,gives him time to think,work his way around the situation. That punch he gave Zab was one of the best punches I have ever seen,was beautiful! I don't ever evisage Zab koing Tszyu!

Would love to see prime Kostya against Floyd and although Floyd would probably win,Tszyu would catch him somewhere!

Hes only been tkoed and it wasnt his decision to retire in his corner against hatton it was mainly his trainer and thats the way it should be. Yes he is, he is going quite well. He said the funniest thing 2 weeks ago on the show. He dressed up like a mexican for a routine and after he danced, this chick interviewed him before we got the scores and she said "You make a very good mexican" and kostya paused and for a min it looked like he was pissed and then said "Well i have spent so much time knockin them out" priceless

Yeh i agree. That wasn't a lucky punhc tho. It was very deliberate. It only took tszyu 2 rounds to figure him out. Also he tried the exact same move just seconds before he kncoked him out.
