    adam i am pretty trained i weigh about 71 kils . And thatsa bit of the problem i wanna be like 85+kilos but not in fat in muscel . i train 5 timesa a week 2x boxing 3 x weight training 2x2 hours boxing 3x1 hour weight training and alot of sporting in my free time. this days ive eaten like6 times a day just to gain weight it wont happend :P so im gona try to see if this will help (protein shake) and i hope i see results :P

    how much meat is in your diet, you need fibre and carbs aswell, protien shakes are best effect when just used as a suppliment.

    i always eat meat :P sometimes with potatoas :P

    james_thomas33- You want gain much muscle cause your so young! Your still growing and it want be until your 16-17 or sometimes later before you will gain some lean big muscle! All i can advise doing is eat small healthy meals 5 to 6 times a day just to see how your body reacts to this!

    Right before everyone else jumps on the bandwagon about all thses protein shakes the first thing you would need to do is sort out your diet first! Once your diet is sorted then start taking protein SUPPLEMENTS to SUPPLEMENT your diet! When you use it them is important is well! The best times to take them is first thing in the morning with skimmed milk and one straight after your workout with water (faster absorbition)!

    as my deit is not very good for me mainly junk food, i am 17 6tf4" and weight 11 1/2 stone.

    got far to much sugar and caffine in them and no real substance

    loads of E numbers

    shit, i drink lots of fizzy drinks and even more coffe

    i think i can cut down on pop but not coffee, got any alternatives?
