Agree with you on that mate, The Ring the so called "Bible of Boxing" has Gavin Rees and Soleymane M'baye rated ahead of Torres.Originally Posted by bzkfn
I agree, but probably his most noteable win was against Arnaoutis. He will need a few more big names on there to get props that he deserves!Originally Posted by leftylee
He never ducks anyone though!
Holt is a decent name. And pushing Cotto to the limit, to the point were Cotto himself has admitted that was the toughest fight of his career is pretty fucking impressive in my book.Originally Posted by BubbleBox

Paulie is a much better boxer then Witter and much slicker.....Cotto could not KO the Magic Man...Witter does not hit harder then Cotto!!!....RePeat Does NOT!!!!...(just for those who will try and use the power difference as an arguement)
I have to pick Paulie on this one...he won't KO Witter but IMO will give him a fair boxing lesson

And his KO over Witter was brutal.
Also, we cant tell how uneffective Cotto's power was in his last fight at 140.

That's just careless!!!!
Yeah I agree. Cotto probably hits harder overall but doesn't have the explosive one punch hit Witter has.Originally Posted by JimBoogie
Witter-Paulie would be a SHIT fight. Doubt anyone would want to put it on.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Why would anyone NOT want to put it on? If Hatton stays at welter, they are the two most marketable fighters at 140.Originally Posted by Fenster

Cotto does not have 1 punch power but he hits hard and Malignaggi took those all night long and held up...add that with his slick style and IMO he has the goods to outpoint Witter

Witter catches too much shit on here...Collazo gave Hatton problems with his awkwardness and had no power so whats to say that Witter won't do them same but with power? Hatton doesn't do too great against awkward fighters. Not to say Witter would win but I for one wouldn't write him off in that fight. Witter vs Mallignagi I would say is a 50/50 fight with the edge going to Witter for power.
Talk about an akward fight. Not sure who would win, maybe Malignaggi. Witter's style -from what I've seen which isn't that much- is made more for guys coming foward, then again so is Paulie's. Akward style matchup.
