....the original Cape Fear is good as well, Robert Mitchum was bad as hell

It wasn't bad at all, but the remake with Deniro was a lot better. I've seen both, and after seein the Deniro version, the original is too watered down, too tame, the scene where Mitchum fights the long shoremen under the dock, it was too brief and not nearly violent enough.

Mitchum had menace, DeNiro looked like a loon and wouldn't have been let out.

Easy Rider One of the most f'ed up endings of all time.
Fight Club That was some endng scene with the building blowing up!
Jacob's Ladder- That movie gave me nightmares when I was young. Those damn flashbacks.
2001- HAL nuff said
A Clockwork Orange- Kubrick again, he always has great endings
Adaptation- that scene with Meryl Streep snorting that orcuitt powder, that was out there.
