It wouldn't matter who beat him right now he has already accomplished enough to fit the status.....Can't take away what he has already done....A loss to Calzaghe can't hurt him really...if anything it would be Calzaghe who was hurt in the terms of Legecy if he lost to Hopkins.....Joe still has a lot of detractors...the only thing that could hurt Hopkins is if he stayed around and started to lose to nobody's......

We all forget sometimes this is a man almost 43 yrs old or just turned 43 cant remember which...and holds the LHW Ring title....has only lost twice in 11 years....

Yea but Boom Carlos was loses were before he had 20 fights and he never lsot again he also had way more fight then Bernard has and ever will.

yeah his losses were early in his career but he had some draws in the middle of his career, some against c class opponents and he avenged many of them. Monzon is the greatest middleweight of all time imo and he shouldnt be remembered for his draws or loses just like Hopkins shouldnt be ranked lower because he drew with Mercado once. He went on to get the biggest wins of his career after that. Monzon did the same.

Imagine how good Monzon would have been if he had of trained harder got off the piss and stopped smoking and F***ing every five minutes!

That is a silly comment Roy Jones made anyone look bad doesn't mean Hopkins is bad its just Jones was that good in his prime.
